SwitchWaterSupplier.com Listed In The Digital Enterprise Top 100 Awards

SwitchWaterSupplier.com is proud to have been listed in the Digital Enterprise Top 100 awards for 2021, a major initiative that identifies companies setting examples for others to follow.

The initiative celebrates small and medium-sized enterprises from nine Leeds City Region local authorities – Leeds, Kirklees, York, Harrogate, Craven, Calderdale, Bradford, Selby and Wakefield – with a wide range of industries included, from game development, animation and energy to landscaping.

The last year has, of course, been difficult for businesses of all shapes and sizes, and we’ve all had to adapt to a new way of working as a result of the pandemic and ensuing lockdown restrictions, which has seen adoption of new technology gather pace, as a result.

The campaign will see an online celebration event take place in March this year, with guests able to meet campaign partners, influencers, local business leaders and others from the Top 100, as well as hearing from special guest speakers.

Digital Enterprise Programme lead Muz Mumtaz said, “These 100 diverse and pioneering businesses have made an investment in technology that has really paid off for them. They have been pivoting, driving growth, securing and creating jobs by harnessing technology to adapt to a constantly evolving business landscape.”

Muz went on to say, “The quality of the entries was so high that the judging process was a real challenge to arrive at the Top 100. We congratulate all of the companies that were nominated and we are looking forward to celebrating all the entrants at our virtual event in March.”

SwitchWaterSupplier.com’s Director and co-founder Graham Mann commented on being included in the Top 100, saying “ We are absolutely delighted with being included in the Top 100, it’s a testament to all the hard work and dedication we’ve put into the project over the last year.”

Graham went on to say, “We have a fantastic team and amazing support from the water retail market, the regulator Ofwat and the English market operator MOSL, and we are now working on version 2 of our unique platform to take us to the next level of our development roadmap. Fingers crossed for winning this prestigious  competition.”
